By accessing and using BizLah (“the Platform”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Use of the Platform
BizLah provides an online marketplace that connects business sellers with potential buyers in Singapore. We do not participate in, broker, or guarantee any transaction between users.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. BizLah reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or is reported by other users.
4. No Guarantee
BizLah does not verify the financial claims, ownership status, or legal standing of listed businesses. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering any transaction.
5. Limitation of Liability
BizLah is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between users. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on BizLah is owned by BizLah. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant BizLah a license to display it on the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
